You can easily prepare a fruity slushie from any of our granita mixes. You only have to add water. Using the same mixing ratios of Lykke’s powder and water, you will always get the same result – a grainy texture and a pleasant, natural granita taste. Forest fruits slush mix – recipe
The mixes for the Lykke granitor are in a powder form. To prepare the granita, the powder must be combined with water in a ratio of 1:6, i.e. 1 kg of granita powder has to be mixed with 6 litres of cold water. The granita mix prepared in this way is enough to make more than 20 portions of slushie served in 330 ml cups.
